H.E.A.R.T. Missions of Central Arkansas, a ministry of the Church of Interfaith Christians under the guidance of  Deaconess Vicki L. Powell of the Greater Little Rock Diocese, seeks to assist the homeless in a variety of ways, most especially with immediate survival needs.  We are a non-profit organisation whose ability to help those in the most need depends entirely on the generosity of those who share our vision to save our homeless population.
